Flemish Studios was founded by Julio Weber, a multidisciplinary creative with a background in visual design, motion, 3D and electronics.
His work spans concert visuals, broadcast, entertainment and creative technology, with projects developed for artists, production companies, television and organizations across different markets.
For Julio, technology isn’t separate from the creative process. It’s another tool for turning ideas into experiences that feel intentional, engaging and memorable.
